Presentations and seminars can be designed to meet
the special needs of universities and private agencies in
the area of mediation or conflict management. Most courses
qualify for continuing education credits.
Dr. Irving has been offering courses for the last fifteen
years in family mediation through the University of Toronto
in both social work and law faculties, as well as through
continuing education. His courses in continuing education
are approved by Family Mediation Canada as part of their certification
requirements. In the past few years, Dr. Irving has developed
an international reputation giving courses and speeches in
the United States, Hong Kong, Beijing and Israel. Supervision
in the form of co-mediation training can be arranged.
